Animal Health International pays a transaction fee to a credit card company each time it processes an order a customer has placed using a credit card. The credit card transaction fee is around 3%. However, Animal Health International charges customers a transaction fee of only 1.5% to partially cover this cost.
 
Charging a credit card transaction fee helps us maintain competitive prices for everyone while offering customers the flexibility of using a credit card.
 
Animal Health International does not charge a transaction fee when customers make a payment using a debit card.
